Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding federal holidays).
If for some reason we are not able to fulfill your order in this time you will be contacted to either accept the new processing time or will be offered the option of cancelling your order.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive your tracking number in the email notifying you that your order has been fullfilled.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Patriot Krafts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Patriot Krafts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and me at andrew.dubois@patriotkrafts.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return policy
